OUR PROPERTY IS JUST 30 SECONDS UP THE HILL FROM THE LITTLE PATOKA BOAT RAMP.

WE ARE ON THE QUIET SIDE OF THE LAKE.

PONDEROSA CABIN--Sleeps 15

Available Year Round--Rates $179-$199, Plus $10 per additional

3 NIGHT MINIMUM RENTAL APRIL 1ST- NOVEMBER 30TH

The Ponderosa Cabin is our largest home.  It offers Three bedrooms with the addition of a full loft.  There are two full baths, large kitchen, and large family room. 

The cabin comes with the following amenities:

  • Fresh linens on all beds (10 Beds)

  • Towels and washclothes provided

  • Fully Furnished kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, etc.

  • Full HVAC System

  • Screened in Back Porch

  • Charcoal Grill

  • Satellite TV, DVD player

COZY COUNTRY COTTAGE Sleeps 12

Available Year Round--Rates $149-$169, Plus $10 per additional

3 NIGHT MINIMUM RENTAL APRIL 1ST- NOVEMBER 30TH

The Cottage is our 2nd largest home. It offers Three bedrooms. There is one full bath, large kitchen, and large family room.

The cabin comes with the following ammenities:

  • Fresh linens on all beds (8 Beds)

  • Towels and washclothes provided

  • Fully Furnished kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, etc.

  • Full HVAC System

  • Side Patio and Covered Front Porch

  • Charcoal Grill and Fire Pit

  • Satellite TV, DVD player



 

THE RUSTIC BUNKHOUSE--Sleeps 6

Available Year Round--Rates $95-$105, Plus $10 per additional

3 NIGHT MINIMUM RENTAL APRIL 1ST- NOVEMBER 30TH

The Rustic Bunkhouse is our smallest Cabin. It is a single room cabin with the addition of a small efficiency kitchen and small full bath.

The cabin comes with the following ammenities:

  • Fresh linens on all beds (4 Beds plus Full Sofa)

  • Towels and washclothes provided

  • Fully Furnished kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, toaster, etc.

  • Two AC units, Wood Burning Stove

  • Covered Front Porch with Patio Furniture

  • Charcoal Grill and Fire Pit

  • Satellite TV

 

TOKA CABIN--Sleeps 8-10

Available Year Round--Rate $209, Plus $10 per additional

3 NIGHT MINIMUM RENTAL APRIL 1ST- NOVEMBER 30TH

The TOKA Cabin is our3rd largest home.  It offers Two bedrooms with the addition of a loft.  There is one full bath, full kitchen, bar and dining area, and large family room. 

The cabin comes with the following amenities:

  • Fresh linens on all beds (4 Beds + 2 fold out cots)

  • Towels and washcloths provided

  • Fully Furnished kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, etc.

  • Heat and Window AC units

  • Wrap-around Porch

  • Charcoal Grill
