Your deposit is refundable with a 30-day notice of your reservation date minus a $25.00 fee. If you cancel with less than a 30-day notice from your reservation date, your deposit will be forfeited. If you fail to cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to charge your account 100% of rent, taxes and fees.
